  • How can I pay for my treatment?

    You can pay via Cash, Credit/Debit Card or Bacs.
    Deposits are paid via BACS.

  • Arriving on time for my appointment?

    We do ask clients to arrive on time for their treatments, if you are running late please let us know asap but we can not guarantee we will be able to carry out the treatment and could result in your deposit being taken.
    Generally we can not see you any earlier but if you did want to come early pease call/text us and if we can get you in earlier we will happily do so.

  • What if I don’t know what treatment is best for me and my concerns?

    We happily offer you a FREE consultation to discuss any treatments and your concerns – we will try to provide you with the most appropriate bespoke treatment/plan for your needs and budget.

  • How do I leave feedback about my experience at NuBeauty?

    We would hope that your experience with us from booking to treatment finish was 100% satisfactory and you can leave us a review via the Google review.
    If you have not had the 100% satisfactory experience then please contact via call, message or contact page on the website and the Manager will get back to you.
  • Can I bring a friend or my child?

    We are strictly a Child Free Clinic, so no children are allowed at any point – this is to ensure the comfort of your treatment along with other visitors. We ask that you do not bring a companion unless its a chaperone to assist you.

  • Is there any parking?

    Unfortunately we don’t have any private parking but there are plenty of side roads to park on (Holifast Road) as well as The Lanes (by Sainsbury’s) which is FREE for 2 hours.
    Saturdays only you can park directly outside the Clinic on Holifast Road.
  • Where is NuBeauty located?

    We are actually based at the very top of Holifast Road (our address is 417b Birmingham Road, B72 1AU). We are on the same corner of Acres Estate Agents in Wylde Green.

  • Do I have to pay a deposit?

    A deposit is required to secure you appointment, we will not make an appointment until it has been paid.
    Our Fresha link will ask you for confirmation where it will ask you to secure it using your card but we have no access to these details and no money is taken to pay for the treatment. Only in case of No Shows or Late Notice given.

  • How can I book a treatment with you?

    We have a booking system through Fresha, please click here.
    However not all of our treatments & services are available on there so please send us an email though the contact us link.
